The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. Walk or bike over to the 34th street park to play tennis/basketball or enjoy the playground. Pickleball courts are a short drive or bike ride away.
