Casa immersa nella natura con due ampie stanze matrimoniali attigue, grande soggiorno con angolo cottura, veranda, bagno e giardino esclusivo per un'esperienza stravangante. Necessario automezzo per poter raggiungere il centro di Trieste in 15 minuti. Luogo sempre silenzioso e rilassante. Pista ciclabile a pochi minuti per raggiungere la città per chi è allenato! Passeggiate e sentieri nei boschi immediatamente a due passi da casa. Possibilità di fare fuoco e grigliate. Wellness a solo 1 km!!!

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Dear guests, W E L C O M E ! House E@J is a newly renovated old Istrian house, with 2 bedrooms in the small village of Muntrilj near Tinjan. The house was renovated in 2022 and will delight you with its antique-modern charm. The kitchen and living room are leading to the relaxe zone, a terrace with a barbecue and the pool. The beach and the sea are about 20 km away from the house. (20 minutes by car) Poreč. Enjoy our house !

Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.
