Unit #107 heeft privétoegang tot het strand. Slechts een paar stappen naar het strand zal volledig uitzicht op de golf zijn. Dit appartement aan het einde is rustig, begane grond. Het is een kleine studio: nieuw queensize tweepersoonsbed en queensize slaapbank. Geen aparte slaapkamer. Beperkte eerste beperkte levering van producten/zeep/handdoeken. Gemeenschappelijk gebruik W/D over de unit. Dit is een kleine studio op 330 vierkante voet. Het is onlangs gerenoveerd. Grond, unit, zwembad onlangs gerenoveerd vanwege orkanen.
