Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. This is a detached studio guesthouse that is approximately 280 sq. ft in size. It shares a porch with our main house but it has good privacy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed with 680 thread-count Pima cotton linens. The place is decorated minimally and tastefully with custom furniture and original artwork. It has great views and It also comes with a parking space. It was renovated in 2021 with new paint, (floor & walls) and new countertop.
