We do have 3 docks that we share with all of our houses, I have never seen all 3 docks full. We have plenty of room for any boat you can tow with you. The house has 7 queen beds. 3 private upstairs rooms and 2 rooms downstairs with 2 beds each. *****Rates are based on 8 guests. You can drive down close to the water's edge making it ideal for those having difficulty walking down steep slopes. The cabin has 4 bed rm (1K, 2Q, 4TBB), loft has 3 T & F size futon. TV rm has Q pull out and 3 foldout T. 3 full baths & Laundry. We recently slept 22 at our family reunion.
