We rent only Sunday-Sunday in summer so if the dates are grayed out, please change your check-in and check-out dates to Sunday. Due to a last-minute cancelation, we are now available to host during Cornell graduation weekend in May 2025! We can host up to 7 adults plus kids and pets. No pet fees! 3-night minimum. We have a garment steamer, full-length mirrors, large backyard, and off-street parking for multiple cars in West Downtown Ithaca to make your celebration as stress-free and memorable as possible! We can also recommend a local photographer for your portrait needs.

Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered. Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed. Cornell and IC Graduation weekends: $500 per night/4 night minimum

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
