Enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail on the patio. Walk to restaurants, the Capitol and FSU. 1/2 mile to Landis, 1 mile to Doak Campbell, .4 mi to the Civic Center/basketball arena. Perfect place if you're in Tallahassee to visit your 'Nole, there to watch a football or basketball game or are in town for business or to sightsee.
