For 20+ years Chef Alex Ewald has been serving fabulous European style dishes offering a taste of Spain. Main courses are heavy on local fish such as Basque-style grilled local yellowtail snapper, linguine tossed with shrimp and lobster, and Paella for two+ decades on St. John. Reservations highly recommended. Her new Wharfside Village location "La Tapa Plage" is open!
