It’a new cool area with great restaurants and amazing shopping (a concept-store on the second floor is must-visit). The atmosphere is very friendly and creative. Beautiful people and lots of fun. The location itself is historical. It’s a former wine factory with old cellars that has recently been turned to a creative hub. There is a flea market, several georgian restaurants, mexican and italian food, cooking school, concept-store of Georgian designers, wine shop, cocktail bars.
