If you've been to Europe, you will definitely want to spend a meal here. It's modeled after Belgian gastro-pubs. If you don't know what the heck that means, it means that you will find a constantly rotating selection of amazing beers (local and international) alongside locally sourced/made from scratch, artisan food. The weekend brunch is the best in town, the rest of the menu is even better than the prices would suggest, and their late-night happy hour is a must if you're out late.

The absolute best weekend brunch in Corvallis. Local sourced food items when possible. Perhaps the closest thing to homemade when you want biscuits and gravy!

Brunch, burgers, beer bounty. Great place to eat. Side bonus: its not too loud to have a conversation and cribbage game.
