Experimental cuisine made with local produce. The menu changes by theme, there are veg and meat options. Excellent fresh food, I've never left disappointed. The terrace is well worth it alone.

One of my favorite place in Montreal. A complete laboratory. They invite chefs from around the world with a themed menu. Sometimes more interesting than others, but the location is so nice, top floor of the S.A.T. with a gorgeous rooftop terrasse. Great place for both summer and winter. No tourist.

Great restaurant, small menu, wonderful selection of natural wines and cocktails. In the winter the Nordique Terrasse has a yurt set up.
