I can't describe it better than their own website: "A collection of shops that has everything you need to add a little or a lot of zest to your life! Spicing up people’s lives since 1997, Spice Village is the dream shopping experience." Very neat place.
Visit Spice Village, a collection of over 60 eclectic shops located within the historic 1908 Waco Hardware building downtown.

“Get out on Saturday and see what Waco has to offer. Located in the parking lot across from city courthouse, 5th and Washington. They are there 9-2pm every Saturday. Some of our favorite vendors are Waco Cha: Boba Tea, Thirst Coffee, Sabor Brazilian food, and Sergios.”
