Short drive or walk through Tugman Park to a great local breakfast spot. Pick up a bottle of wine while there. A family run business for 2 generations.

Casual place that you can walk to. Good coffee and sandwich food. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but it is tasty. Nice drinks.

Tradewinds Mediterranean food (Gyros etc). Good selection of wine and beer for there or to take home. A favorite for take out food.
