Great for coffee and a bite to eat. A couple blocks walk away. More local and less “Starbucks” but there is a Caribou right next door.

This place is known for their breakfast. They close every day around 2pm except on Monday nights they have their pizza special! Nice outdoor seating (a little noisy since it is on a busy intersection), but I love the food and if you go on a Saturday or Sunday morning, get their early, because it gets crowded.
