“Astwood Park and Cove is a walk away from Langata Lower. Astwood Park is a lovely stretch of parkland with picnic tables benches, toilet facilities and parking. The cove is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Warwick parish. It’s a small and secluded beach surrounded by steep cliffs where the Long tails - White Tailed Tropical birds soar. There is a fairly steep winding trail that goes down to Astwood cove from the park above but the hike is well worth the reward you finally get. It's a perfectly romantic beach and ideal for couples.  ”
