You can't come to Lake Panasoffkee and not try the fried catfish! This isn't the yucky catfish you'd get in saltwater, this is a freshwater fish that is quite tasty! And, if that still seems daunting then be sure to try the perch. And, for those feeling very adventurous, be sure to try the gator...and yes, it does taste a lot like chicken. ;)
