Used to be a food truck and now a permanent restaurant just west of downtown on the main hwy. MUST stop! Everything they make is delicious and lg portions. It's a must visit every time we are in Pagosa.

A food truck right across the street from the Ski and Bow Rack with possibly the best hamburger you will ever eat. This is a very popular place with locals and it gets very busy, so bring your patience and I promise it will be worth it!

Honestly one of our favorite places to eat they serve smash burgers, fried chicken and occasionally offer brisket.
