Visit the iconic Mount Panorama Racetrack, home to the renowned Bathurst 1000, held every October. Also home to the 12 Hour race event in February and the 6 Hour event each April. ** 5 mins / 3.2km from property.

Mount Panorama is one of the best known racing circuits in Australia. come and do a lap and then if you are a racing enthusiast a wander through the racing museum is sure to please . Don't forget your camera for a photo of the stunning view of Bathurst and the surroundings area from the lookout . Those of you who like a good walk will enjoy the recently added boardwalk.

If you want to drive around a racetrack - this is legit, and free! However, it's covered with speed cameras. If you plan on getting a few tickets, make sure your plane leaves shortly afterwards.
