Let's face it, it rains in Oregon. A lot. Most days, the rain won't stop anyone from going about their outdoor plans and activities, but I completely understand if you're looking for something a little more indoors. In that case, come visit Washington Square mall if you are looking to do some shopping during your stay! Also let's remember, there's no sales tax here!
