“Another excellent hot springs location located near Buena Vista (about 20min drive). This resort has a more refined feel than Cottonwood Hot Springs, but both allow you to get in the river except in springtime.”

“Beautiful pass you can easily drive up! It's a paved road on both sides of the pass (40min to the summit), so you can take any vehicle up and over. There's access to the Continental Divide Trail (CDT) right there at the top for spectacular views. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take this road all the way to Crested Butte in about an 1hr 45min.”
