Another great location to see the outer banks as it was first inhabited by Europeans. And, it's a wonderful drive out to the island.

STUNNING AND MUST DO! End of the island behind the Ranger Station. Take chairs and there are several PRIVATE BEACHES. I take my dogs, if they listen you can off leash them. There is a map in this book. It is a local spot and if you need help finding it just let me know.
