What happens when Peruvian and Chinese food make a child. You get Flor de Mayo, delicious marriage of the two cuisines. I recommend the Pollo de la Brasa and the pork chops....mmm pork chops

Great cheap eat! Peruvian/Chinese cuisine... try the rotisserie chicken (pollo ala plancha) and fried rice:)
