Small sandy beach that is best for little kids to play. Visiting/ parking after 5pm is the way to save some money and watch sunset.

From this beach you can see over to Pine Point beach. Also good for kayaking and paddle boarding with access to the Scarborough marsh. Peaceful place. This is my absolute favorite dog friendly beach. Mainly locals so usually not crowded. April 1st -August 31st plovers are nesting so the dog area is to the right side of beach. Before 9am dogs are allowed off leash with voice control. After 5 pm dogs are allowed with leash. This is a beautiful place to watch the sunset or sunrise. Also free to park during doggie allowed hours above. September through April is wide open off leash except between 1-2pm. Still incredible views with free parking throughout the winter.

Its beautiful for an afternoon or evening picnic. Also kid friendly and the water is a little warmer, although not much!
