They also have Stamp and Go—crispy saltfish also known as accras—served as an appetizer. Their jerk chicken and shrimp are coated in a spicy, nutty sauce. I love the Escovitch fish, which is typically a fried whole red snapper, served with a peppery vinegar sauce.
