The Giona park is a playground for children and teenagers that directly overlooks Lake Maggiore. In the shade of numerous tall trees, it has numerous games and equipment for children and teenagers, making this park perfect for both day and evening. An ice cream or a pizza at the Giona bar transform every day into a wonderful holiday.

Beach in the center of Maccagno, 3 minutes walk from Golfo Gabella. From the beach you can see the Castles of Cannero that are on the other side of the lake on the Piedmont shore. The pebble and grass beach is one of the largest on Lake Maggiore. The beach is equipped with baths and showers and nearby you can find a basketball court, beach volleyball court, skate park and a playground for children. You can spend the whole day and have a picnic just a few steps from the lake under the shade of many plants. In summer there is a kiosk with bar service, pizzeria and restaurant

Dalla spiaggia si possono ammirare i castelli di Cannero che si trovano sulla sponda piemontese del lago Maggiore. Spiaggia free e attrezzata, campo da basket, volley e area pic-nic.

Molto bello. Il Parco Giona a Maccagno è al centro del paese.Ha una bella spiaggia di ciottoli ed erba ed è dotato di un’area attrezzata dove praticare lo skateboard o la beach volley e dove i bambini trovano giochi di tutti i tipi.

Ampia spiaggia libera di ciottoli ed erba con servizi igienici e doccie nel comune di Maccagno, con anche alberi che garantiscono un po' di frescura nelle ore più calde. Ampio anche il parcheggio, è inoltre dotata di campo da basket, beach volley e parco giochi per bambini, presenti anche bar e ristoranti. Dalla casa del Canottiere dista circa 40 km. A pochi km si trovano anche il Lido di Zenna e la spiaggia Windsurf.
