The Sunday market is a great place to checkout the local artisans or grab some fresh produce, berries and bread. It is located on the outside breakwater at the La Cruz Marina and also in La Cruz at the town square. At the end of the breakwater they have some great lunch options. 9:00am/13:00pm

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle It is a 45 minute car ride to La Cruz, but this market is the best of the lot, and La Cruz is worth visiting. Highly recommended if you have your own vehicle. Sunday morning.

During high season there are a number of excellent markets in the area with food, music, and local vendors. The La Cruz Market runs every Sunday from November to April in the marina in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, just north of Bucerías, between 9am and 2pm. It's an absolutely worthwhile experience! With about 200 vendors, you can find any type of item, ranging from traditional to gourmet to niche. A fantastic option!
