Located at the foot of Canal St. For a few bucks you can ride the ferry across the Mississippi River and back. It's a great experience, but not for the faint of heart. SHOULD DO.

You can take the ferry from Canal St across the river, then right back in 15 mins. Great alternate view of the city from the river. You can check out historic Algiers Point and even grab a brew at Old Point Bar.

$2. Fee that is an amazing view. This great boat takes you to the foot of Canal St. Convention Center, French Quarter, street cars, bus lines, tours, shopping, casino, Central Business.
