Fast-casual that is healthy is kind of tough to find. And this is really delicious. I always customize my order by getting the brown rice and kale base, and then add my proteins, vegetables, and sauces. I don’t feel hungry after the meal, but I also don’t feel so full that I feel sick. In terms of portion control, it’s right on.”
