Mitsu Neko Fusion Cuisine & Sushi Bar is a true Branson treasure, and maybe it's best-kept dining secret! With its beautifully eclectic decor, fully stocked bar, and interesting menu of deliciously different offerings, Mitsu Neko is a favorite spot for locals when they're craving sushi. There's a great selection of sushi including Nigiri, thin slices of raw fish over pressed vinegared rice, with items like Albacore Tuna, Squid, and Tamago, a Japanese sushi omelette. You can select from their many Signature Rolls, including options like White Tiger, Blue Fire, and Tuna Paradise, or from their Regular Rolls, with tasty treats like Shrimp Tempura, Avocado, Spicy Crab, and Vegetarian. Mitsu Neko has excellent "Starters," including Potstickers, Sashimi, Eggplant, and Miso Soup, and a nice list "From the Garden," including Strawberry Salad. Main Course options include Orange Roasted Duck and Balsamic Steak, a hand cut New York strip, baked with sauteed spinach and mozzarella cheese, and served with green beans. Everything from the exceptionally friendly service to the upscale decor, and from the incredible sushi to the mouthwatering entrees, all come together to create the deliciously fascinating Branson dining experience known as Mitsu Neko Fusion Cuisine & Sushi Bar!

This restaurant is recommended for their sushi not the Ramen noodles. So if you are looking for some good sushi this may be the place to try. SPECIAL DIETS: Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan Options, Gluten Free Options

You would absolutely never expect to find it in Branson, but some of the best sushi I've ever had is right on the Strip at Mitsu Neko Sushi (and I've been to Sushi Dai at the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo and Morimoto in Philadelphia, plus I grew up in Alaska, so I'm very picky with my fish). It's not cheap, but they fly their fresh bigeye tuna in overnight from Hawaii and (in season) fresh salmon from Kodiak, Alaska as well, so it's worth the premium price. Several of the rolls are quite interesting and inventive as well; the Blue Flame was an experience, though I tend to stick to the standard nigiri sushi that highlights the quality of the fish. Tell Roman and Kate that Chris sent you!
