Superb restaurant, located in Shetland Museum. Local produce used and fish chowder to die for! Look out for seals in the harbour.

Lovely light and airy restaurant upstairs in the Shetland Museum on the waterfront. Huge windows with great views over the historic Hay's Dock, complete with picture-perfect traditional fishing boats. Fresh, local produce - snacks, lunch - 'Mootie Moose' menu for children. Fine dining in the evening. Tip: Go for the Pre-Theatre menu (lighter food and lighter on the purse!) Thursday to Saturday 5-6pm then wander across to Mareel nearby for a film, concert or drinks.
