Good French cuisine and profits go to post-incarceration culinary training. They also offer tours (by appointment) of their education facilities.

High-end French with a modern twist. This is where I go for pretty much every special occasion. It's also an education program for people re-entering society from prison. Well-executed.

This is a high-end restaurant that offers French cuisine. But what makes is super cool is that the restaurant is operated almost completley by ex-convicts who by day learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts industry, and by night put their skills to the test in this luxe setting. It has quickly built a reputation for not only one of Cleveland's finest restaurants, but it's non-profit program is leaving a real impact on the community.
