The stone house by the sea.

Discover the traditional charm and absolute tranquility in Pelion. Wake up to the sound of the waves and taste the beauty of the sea in our house by the sandy beach. The residence has two floors, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed in total. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a stone-built sofa-bed. The toilet is located next to the house in the courtyard It has a large yard in which there are gas stove and an outdoor dining area.

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Βγείτε έξω στη μεγάλη βεράντα και εκπλαγείτε από την εκπληκτική θέα ή κατεβείτε για μια βουτιά στα κρυστάλλινα νερά της διπλανής παραλίας.. Μόλις 4 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από τη Συκή και περίπου 12 χιλιόμετρα από την Αργαλαστή ο επισκέπτης έχει όλες τις επιλογές σε εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, ΑΤΜ κ.λπ.

Welcome to Valley Cottage! Experience authentic village life in this dreamy Tsagkarada house with a private patio. Valley Cottage is decorated in a traditional style and looks onto a peaceful garden. Parking is on the street. The property is located 50m down a footpath with steps from where you will be parking. Please note it is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The property has one air conditioning unit in the upstairs living room. The WiFi speed is good.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.

The Olive’s Spiti is situated in an idyllic rural setting on the beautiful Greek island of Skiathos. The house is on a small olive farm, surrounded by nothing but natural forest. Absolute quiet and tranquility. It enjoys beautiful views over the sea and has easy access to beaches, hikes and is a short drive to the nearest shops and tavernas. The property is “off the grid” and self-sufficient for water and electricity.
