City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Oak Cottage 15 min. to French Quarter 2 bed/1bath

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. Located on the Westbank of the Mississippi but still only 10 min from the French Quarter! Safest Neighborhood in all of New Orleans!! Warm personal touches and custom built furniture!
