Relax with the whole family at this comfortable, spacious home close to Colorado Springs. Pikes Peak Highway is under 1 mile! Large enough for a group of 8 yet cozy enough for a couple to getaway. This is a popular town to stay since it's near Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Pike's Peak....but also nestled in the front range so you get a classic Colorado mountain experience. It's hard to find a scenic house like this that's so close to everything. You found it!

RiverHouse, yes, there’s a river… in the backyard… right next to the hot tub… around the corner from the outdoor shower (that works in all seasons). So unless you hate watching local wildlife, the sound of the creek, and a luxurious back patio that’s perfect for all seasons, then you should probably book here. Peaceful Mtn Cabin*Lake Views*Little Bear Retreat

Important disclaimer: Please DO NOT book this cabin if you have concerns about snow and ice! This cabin is located at an elevation of about 8000 feet above sea level. During winter months a 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive vehicle or chains on your tires may be required to make it up the driveway to the cabin! The driveway is steep and although we pay for it to be plowed it is nearly impossible to keep all snow and ice off the driveway or walkways in between snow storms.
