Maak een korte wandeling naar het strand, koel af in je privézwembad of ontspan op je bovendek met een oceaanbriesje, dit hele familiehuis is van alle gemakken voorzien om van hun vakantie te genieten. De kinderen kunnen ontspannen met bordspellen of tv kijken. Slechts vijf minuten rijden naar Tannum Sands gepatrouilleerd strand en surfclub. Maandelijkse strandmarkten, nabijgelegen winkelcentra, afhaalmaaltijden en Tannum Tavern. Golfclub en sportvelden in de buurt. Nabijgelegen boothellingen die naar het Great Barrier Reef leiden.

Houten huisje aan de Creek

Ontspan met het gezin in onze rustige tiny house. Deze plek ligt op 10 hectare aan de rand van de rivier, dus je zult nooit genoeg krijgen van het uitzicht en de prachtige zonsondergangen. Geniet van geweldig vissen en krabben, of neem een van onze twee kajaks of het stand-up paddleboard voor een dag op het water. De woning is misschien klein, maar is zorgvuldig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Je bent slechts twee minuten rijden van Woolies of vier minuten van het strand.

Boyne Tannum Hook Up show ground is also at Bray park including the boat ramp. It takes also a 3 minutes walk to supermarket, coffee shops, etc & 4 minutes drive to Tannum Sand. It’s perfect for couples who like to enjoy a relaxing holiday or business travellers who need a quiet stay.

There is excellent off-street parking with plenty of space for a boat, caravan, trailer or multiple vehicles, a huge bonus this close to the marina.

Also has a dedicated workspace with high speed internet, printer, monitor etc for work trips and an additional folding stretcher bed for an additional small adult/child if needed.

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.
