Self contained apartment with ensuite & kitchen

Nestled under the Wrekin this lovely flat is very well located and is handy for both business and leisure purposes. It is 5 minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and to Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford industrial parks and Telford International Centre. It is also a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. Our house is situated in a prime quiet residential street.

Cosy flat in town centre

Comfortable one bedroomed flat, with great views over the rooftops of Wellington out to the Wrekin, a local landmark. It offers a light and airy living space with two large South facing windows in the living room/kitchen, with fitted kitchen, TV, sofa, table and chairs. Great for access to Wellington and Telford. A short drive from Ironbridge, the national heritage site. An excellent flat for working professionals to use as a base. There are 3 flights of stairs up to the flat. No WiFi.

Self contained Studio apartment adjacent to our home in Duke Street, Broseley. The studio has a kitchen on the ground floor and a large bedroom/lounge and shower room on the first floor. It has a private enclosed patio / garden are to relax in. Parking in the designated visitor space.We are within walking distance of Broseley and just one mile from the Ironbridge Gorge and blist hill victorian town. We are easy travelling distance to Bridgnorth and Telford.

We are ideally situated for a relaxing stay in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Coalbrookdale is steeped in history, the home of Abraham Darby's Iron ore smelting works. The Museum of Iron & Enginuity are both just a short walk away, where the ruins of Abraham's original furnace still stands.
