Additionally, there is a private entrance and keypad for easy check in and check out. It has been intentionally designed to optimize the space and create the perfect getaway for any occasion.

An adorable little 340 sq ft backyard oasis! Main house is an historic 1940's bungalow. This back house, built in 2017, is full of light and fresh décor with Fort Worth flair. Super convenient location makes this the perfect spot for a getaway in the city with all of the amenities and comforts of home. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval before booking. “Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

This special place is very close to Downtown Fortworth, Stockyards, Texas Motor Speedway, lots of free beautiful museums, and soo much more! The house is newly remodeled with a modern/Texas touch. It features plenty of natural light from the large windows. It is 1 mile/ 20 min walk to the New Dickies Arena, 0.4 miles to UNTHSC & Museums. Also walking distance to restaurants, nightlife & shopping. Close to downtown Fort Worth, TCU, The Stockyards, Botanical Gardens. NOTE: parties not allowed and 2 vehicle maximum. The door is keyless with a code pad. The house has a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms.

Welcome to our convenient , private attached suite in a very nice neighborhood. This has a separate entrance from the main house. No shared spaces except the backyard which we barely use. We are close to most amenities such as DFW airport (15), At&T Stadium (20), Stockyards(22), downtown Dallas and Fort Worth, dining and shopping areas. If you need a place for business, airport transits, concerts, visiting family, we have the place for you!
