The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Bella’s Cove has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A beautiful screened porch with a gas starting fireplace and outside patio with grill. All over looking beautiful Lake Martin. A dock for sunning and swimming. Kayaks and canoe with paddles. Large lawn for enjoying family games like corn hole and volleyball. All these amenities within a few miles of great restaurants and 34 Market. The boat launch is only a mile way.

Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

Stillwaters is located only 30 minutes from Auburn. My condo features free wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces.
