LAKE MARTIN SUMMER GETAWAY or GAMEDAY CONDO!!!!! Semi-long term rentals and short term (weekends) welcome. Comes with use of boat slip and beautiful lake views. This 3 bedroom 3 bath is spacious and comfortably sleeps eight (8) with a king, queen, full, and a set of bunk beds (for kids). The dining area accommodates ten (10) seats and the living area has a 65” mounted television. If the lake is not enough, condominium has community pool with fun slide. Just 30 minutes away from Auburn, Alabama.

Lakin’ it Easy on Lake Martin

North Lake Condo Club is located just off HWY 280 in Alexander City, AL. Freshly painted with all new furnishings, TVs in every room, including the patio. This unit is one of the largest in the complex. Beautiful views of the lake in all bedrooms! Located on the 1st floor. Take the elevator or walk down 1 flight of stairs to the lake & boat slip. There are 2 pools as well as a playground for the kids to enjoy. Grill area, complete with tables. Penalty for bringing a pet is a flat fee of $200

Welcome to my paradise on Lake Martin. This lakefront condo offers waterfront view of Lake Martin, a dedicated boat slip and resort-style amenities, including a gated swimming pool with waterfall and water slide, tennis courts, golf, playground, and terrific local restaurants. Stillwaters is located only 30 minutes from Auburn. My condo features free wifi, tv's in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen, indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces.

Our spacious condo is located in the gated Stillwaters golf community on beautiful Lake Martin. From the balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and sunsets! Bring your boat and dock at our designated slip. Boat rentals are available at the neighboring marina. Enjoy a round of golf or lounge by the pool. A grill is provided on the balcony. If you don’t feel like cooking, restaurants are nearby. Only 27 miles to Auburn University.
