The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. The building is built in the summer of 2017. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Many grocery shops, shopping centers and a cinema in 5 minutes walking distance. A 10-minute drive from the Tallinn Old Town, great public connections to the city center and old town.

It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

Riverside bliss - Sauna getaway with a hot tub

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

Cozy Old Town Historic House

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

You are welcome to enjoy your time in a cozy cabin in nature with a river and pine forest nearby, and a beach within walking distance. Furnished with everything to get the best of your vacation. Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
