Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a quick free ferry ride over in your car to Jamestown/Williamsburg for shopping, historical sights, and theme parks. (Busch Gardens/Water Country USA) The ferry again is free and you drive on and off. It runs 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. The home is open yet cozy to enjoy your family and friends. The house is laid out perfect for reunions or family gatherings. The wrap around deck is great for enjoying a cocktail or morning coffee.

Beautiful large 3 bedroom 3 full bath 1st floor condo in Kingsmill on the James River, (not part of resort, to use Resort amenities please book directly through the resort. Spa is available). Backing to beautiful tennis greenbelt with gorgeous sunsets next to Busch Gardens, a short trip to Yorktown, Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, not too far from Virginia Beach. 7 miles of beautiful trails in a bird sanctuary with historic ruins along the James River. Walk to playground, cafè, beach and spa.

We’re just minutes away from the Williamsburg Winery, Golf Courses, Busch Gardens, & Water Country. There is also a small airport around the corner that has a Restaurant called Charlie’s. You can set out on the patio, eat good food, & watch the airplanes land & take off. They even have a playground for little ones. ENJOY!!!

Blue House On The Beach

Welcome to the Blue House on the Hill, This cozy little waterside home has THREE bedrooms with 3 beds, 2 baths, full kitchen, a beautiful screened in front porch perfect for summer nights watching the ferries arrive...plenty of room for the entire family. This house is is located close to all the Historic Triangle attractions including Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown , it is a quick five minute walk to the beach. we have installed a new stove and dishwasher to the house also.

Analog Private Beach on 10 Acres

After a fun drive down a curvy forest flanked road, you emerge into the sunlight, dogleg around another field and enter the woods on a gravel road. When you get to the gate you can vaguely see the vastness of the James River and you hear the sound of a light breeze as it tumbles amid the leaves. You work the gate and as you push it open you realize the time you will spend on this sacred land connects you to more than 100 years of family gathering and balance with nature.
