Affacciato sul meraviglioso lago di Silvaplana, al piano terra di un bel complesso residenziale appartamento con giardino e parcheggio privato a pochi passi da tutto: dalle piste di fondo, dal lago per windsurf e kitesurf ,Mulets sportzentrum e parco giochi bimbi .Perfetto per sportivi e famiglie . Situato a Silvaplana, nel cuore dell'Engadina, a soli 10 minuti di auto da St. Moritz e dalle principali stazioni sciistiche della valle, tranquillo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Subito fuori dalla residenza si trova la fermata dei bus con collegamenti a tutta l'Engadina e Chiavenna e della navetta gratuita per il comprensorio sciistico Corvatsch. Supermarket, panetteria, bar, ristoranti e centro sportivo sul lago (piste di pattinaggio, hockey, kite e windsurd) raggiungibili a piedi.

White house in the heart St.Moritz

I will be happy to host you in this incredible house, when we are not around for holidays. It is located in the very center of the city (in front of Hotel Kulm and near the ice-skating rink where it be hosted the International Ski Awards 2017) , and has an amazing 180° view over the mountains (there are no opposite buildings). It is fully furnished and has all the updated comforts you'll need for a fantastic stay. Wifi, Smart TV, easy access to all amenities, ski slopes and Spa : enjoy all!

Appartamento Try Lake Como with Balcony

Tiny and comfortable apartment in front of the lake in a very quiet place. It’s composed by 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a living room and a very nice terrace just in front of Lake Como. It’s perfect to enjoy the lake It’s easily reachable by bus and of course with your own car. The nearest airports are Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio and Lugano. The area is very close to Bellagio and other wonderful places of Lake Como like Lenno or Varenna and to famous villas such as Villa Melzi.

Centrally located in St. Moritz-Bad but quiet. Fully equipped, sunny 100m2 apartment with views in a modern, less then 10 years old building. 5 minutes walking or driving distance from everything: skiing, cross-country, hiking, shopping, lake, forests, train station (Glacier Express). Bus stop in front of the house. Indoor parking, fast internet access, TV and private whirlpool included. Enjoy my home, if I can't stay in St. Moritz and experience the broadness of the Upper Engadin valley.
