Charming Beachside Studio Ft Morgan/Gulf Shores

Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools. Please message with any questions prior to booking. We’d love to have you! SORRY, NO PETS. (Resort does not permit them) PLEASE NOTE THAT PARKING IS NO LONGER INCLUDED IN FEES. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE SEPARATELY ONLINE THROUGH A DIFFERENT VENDOR.

Come enjoy our cottage by the sea the BeachBum! Stay well and away from crowds while still enjoying your beach get away. Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.

Walk to your own private beach! Two pools and two party pavilions. Come and enjoy everything that Dauphin Island has to offer. Fun on white sand beaches, fishing, boating, fresh seafood, fun local restaurants and bars....biking, historic fort, estuarium and bird sanctuary walking trails....take the ferry to Fort Morgan if you are feeling adventurous....The Island is 6 miles long so bike or golf cart ride to everywhere you want to go....I call Dauphin Island "the Happiest Place in Alabama"

*As of May 20,2024 there is a new coffee shop on property with ice cream and smoothes too!* You have 2 pools and hot tub between you and the beach. A living room fan to cool you down is great in the summer. Just steps away from the water! We provide a Keruig and some coffee, creamer, and a variety of sweeteners.. Please check our amenities for additional provided items. We do recommend you bring a beach towel for use of pools, beach, and hot tubs.
