Located 1 short block from the beach. The building features a heated pool, outside shower, free off-street parking, community washer & dryer, grill, and ocean views from the third-floor deck. Sleeps 6 max, but very comfortable for 4 people. Approx 400 square feet. Guests are responsible for providing their own linens, pillowcases, and towels. NO dishwasher, NO oven. ONLY one burner is working. We DO NOT rent to anyone under 25 years of age, NO ANIMALS, NO SMOKING or Vaping in the apt.

Brigantine is a quaint town with beautiful beaches, and if you choose the excitement of Atlantic City, it is a short drive away (as a reference the condo to Harrah's is 3.1 miles, the Hard Rock Cafe is 4.3 miles) The unit does provide sheets and towels, just not beach towels.
