One bedroom flat in rural Trinity near Bouley Bay.We retired recently and have a one bedroom self contained flat in our house with separate access up some outside stairs. The bedroom has a superking size bed which can be made into twin beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and cupboard space. The bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is in an open plan lounge with dining table and TV. There is a Nespresso coffee machine. Guests will have access to a gas BBQ and seating area outside.
At the beach - quiet and privateOur guest apartment is alongside our own house with its own parking and entrance and private south-facing patio garden with barbecue. We are on the coast in the parish of St Clement and have private beach access from our property. There is a bus stop at the end of our drive and the busses run east to Gorey and west to town (St Helier) throughout the day and until late. There is a Coop Locale supermarket +ATM two doors away. Coastal rambles on your doorstep and easy access to the countryside too.

There is a well stocked local supermarket 2 minutes walk away for gathering your essentials, opening until 9.30pm daily. The Public bus stop is less than 1 minute away which will connect you to main station in 10 minutes with further bus links Island wide. There are generally are 2 buses per hour.

The Oyster farm and the Napoleonic Icho Tower standing watch. There is a small patio area at the front of the property, providing adequate space for outdoor dining and sunbathing should you wish.
