It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Het ligt op slechts 20 km van het bekende kuuroord Meran, dat in elk seizoen een bijna onuitputtelijk scala aan sport- en amusementsmogelijkheden biedt. Het vakantiehuis bestaat uit een woonkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken met afwasmachine, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is dus geschikt voor 10 personen.

De woning met 2 verdiepingen bestaat uit een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken met een vaatwasser, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en is daarom geschikt voor 8 personen. Extra voorzieningen zijn Wi-Fi met een speciale werkruimte voor kantoor aan huis, een wasmachine en een tv. Daarnaast is er een privésauna beschikbaar voor gebruik.
