Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. There is always plenty of firewood to enjoy the fire pit!

Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. This is one half of a duplex (behind green door). It is the larger half, as it has an extension, which houses the den/tv room. I renovated the house myself. I am too in love with it to ever let it go. This duplex has two floors, so you have to be able to handle stairs. It has a half-bath downstairs and a full one upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a full bed, and there are two full-sized futons. This house has lots of color.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
