Cosy studio apartment attached to a farm building on a sheep and beef farm. Outstanding panoramic views of Fiordland and nearby Upukerora River. Suitable for two guests. Fully equipped kitchen plus bbq area for cooking a meal to enjoy with the view! Basic cooking and some breakfast supplies provided (no bread). Ensuite bathroom (shower, no bath). Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow.
