Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Das frisch renovierte und gemütlich eingerichtete Chalet mit schönem Umschwung steht auf einer grossen Waldlichtung im Gantrisch-Gebiet. Das freistehende Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, 2 Badezimmer (1x mit Badewanne), einer Küche, Delizio Kaffee und ein Büro. Nebst den 2 Balkonen findet ihr zudem einen schönen Garten mit einer ganzjährig zur Verfügung stehenden Sauna, Liegeplätzen und einem Grill.

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is FLISVOS café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

Alleinstehendes Chalet inmitten der faszinierenden Südtiroler Berwelt auf 2100 m Meereshöhe in der Nähe des Jaufenpasses (Passo Giovo). Weiter Blick über das gesamte Passeiertal auf unberührten Kräuterwiesen in entspannender Ruhe. Im Winter haben die Gäste direkten Zugang zum Skigebiet Ratschings-Jaufen. Die Skier können vor der Hütte angezogen werden und der Pistenspaß kann sofort losgehen! Alternativ können ausgedehnte Winterwanderung oder Skitouren im Tiefschnee unternommen werden.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
