We only rent the space as an entire home so its pretty much access all areas! We can offer concierge services at an additional cost, anything from having your breakfast made for you, to a daily turn down/bed making and cleaning service, a cocktail barman to serve you and your guests drinks or a driver/host to recommend and take you to some of the finest wineries, restaurants and tourist attractions. We as hosts are also on hand to give you some pointers in terms of our favorite restaurants, wine farms, markets, golf courses and general events and activity in and around Cape Town. I would say this, CT city Centre is like no other city in Africa, it is very clean and very safe. My wife is Spanish I am English and we have made Cape Town our home for these past 10 years, we can safely say that so long as you excersize the same common sense and caution that you would when visiting a City anywhere in the world you will have a very safe and very fun time in the Mother City.

Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Home has immediate access to walking trails and Vlakenberg hiking trail. All bedrooms have stunning views onto mountain ranges.

You are staying in Arum House with the use of the smaller bedroom with queen bed and a modern ensuite bathroom with spacious dressing room. Relax on the sunny N facing balcony which is just off the office landing area. Sit by the wood burner in the huge lounge/dining room. Guests also have full use of the gourmet kitchen, breakfast room and 2 large decks. The Southern deck overlooks the large 2 acre indigenous garden + 2 pools, having views towards Hout Bay and wrap around mountain views.

The accommodation is in the historic Broadlands Manor close to beaches, wine tasting venues and shopping malls. The Lindeman room is named after one of Lady Kenmare's husbands from the famous Australian Lindeman fame. The room is tastefully decorated and you will be spoiled with the best quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. The second bed is a double and situated on a mezzanine floor. It is only for the use of children age 6 to 16 yrs old.
